iTV Loyalty Rewards is a multi media programme that 'reads' from the MYOB RM database ONLY. Nothing is written to MYOB RM and nothing is installed to your PC.
Each day at start up the programme reads yesterday's sales, looks for sales made to Loyalty members, extracts the items sold, their stock categories and awards points based on the type of stock sold.
You can incentivise your customers towards your higher margin stock by offering more points per dollar spend by category. You set up the points per stock category once ONLY.
The programme also allows you to be 'Promotiional'. Incentivise your customers to certain days or time of the day by doubling points!
Reward customers randomly during the day or at a certain number of visits! Or even ontheir Birthday!
It is also possible to draw a Monthly or Weekly 'Lucky Member' from your Loyalty Database.
By entering a RM Customer Number into the Loyalty Rewards programme, if not already a Loyalty member, the customer's details are copied from the RM database and written to the Loyalty database and a Birthdate is requested. (day and month ONLY!)
If they are a Loyalty member then ther name appears and a current points balance from previous sales is shown. The customer then has the option to redeem $ off or to use points to redeem a prize, it is up to you.
The programme automatically awards Random prizes, even a Birthday prize!
iTV Loyalty Rewards awards points based on sales made today, however your customers can only access their points tomorrow, thereby encouraging a return visit.
We have developed these programmes to assist small business in recognising 'loyal' customers and 'rewarding' them for return visits and future sales.
Premium - Customer facing
This programme is unique in that most POS based Loyalty programmes 'reward' the customer at the check out, thereby having NO opportunity to influence TODAY's sale.
We take a different approach, the customer swipes their Loyalty Card in the Entrance Terminal on arrival in store, they are printed a Specials list, shown their points balance and may redeem some of the points for today's shopping.
The Loyalty programme therefore influences today's purchase. The same card identifies the customer in your POS system.
The Entrance Terminal can also drive a large format HD LCD for additional advertising without additional hardware.
The programme allows a customer to sign up instore using a Virtual keyboard ensuring privacy and freeing up staff time.
There are NO delays at the checkout!
Basic - Staff driven (MYOB RM ONLY)
The major difference with the basic programme is that it co exists with MYOB RM on your POS desktop. The functionality is similar but the staff member offers the customer the options.
Both programmes print Random prizes and Birthday offers and points are awarded the same way. It is possible at any time to upgrade from the Basic programme to the Premium product because the Loyalty database is unchanged.
